You can request a new password at any time via the login page of your subscription product with the e-mail address known to us.

Provide your subscription number, the name of the subscriber and the email address for this subscription. Your subscription number always starts with the letters ABO, followed by a number of digits. Do you not have this information? Then provide your address details and the name of the subscriber.
I want to report a change of address for my subscription.
Address changes must be notified to us in writing (by e-mail or letter). You can send your change of address to our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will adjust the address for you in our administration.
I want to cancel my subscription.
An annual subscription can be canceled up to one month before the end of the subscription period. In the event of late cancellation, the subscription will automatically be extended by one year. Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing (by email or letter). You can send your cancellation to email@example.com.
