How do I place an order?
You can choose to order directly and create an account during the ordering process. Then follow the steps as indicated on the screen. You can also use this account for subsequent orders and view your order history.
You can also order without an account.
Step 1: Ordering
Click the 'Order' button on the desired article and click 'Checkout' in the pop-up window.
Step 2: Shopping cart
Here you can see what is in your shopping cart and you can check the details of your order. Click the 'Order' button (or 'Continue shopping' if you would like to order more items).
Step 3: Personal details
You can enter your billing address and delivery address here. If all your details are correct, click on the 'Payment method' button.
Step 4: Payment Method
Select the desired payment method and click on the 'Next' button.
Step 5: Confirmation
Check the details of your order. If you wish, you can enter an 'invoice reference'. Confirm your order by clicking the 'Confirm' button.
If you have decided to pay for your order, click the 'Pay online' button and you will be redirected to the page of your selected payment method.
When you have completed your order successfully, the page 'Order received/Payment successful' will be displayed. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes.
If you have ordered a digital product, you will receive a separate e-mail containing further instructions.
