Wessel Geursen has over 20 years of experience in EU and competition law, both as an academic and practitioner. He specialises in analysing multilayered legal systems containing different legal norms which apply at the same time. For example the interplay between international public law (including EU law), constitutional law and various fields of material law (both of economic and non-economic nature). Through a step-by-step approach, he analyses and unravels difficult legal questions.
