Arne De Boeck holds a PhD in Criminology from KU Leuven (Catholic Univeristy of Leuven), Belgium. He currently w works as analyst at the Directorate of International Police Cooperation of the Belgian Federal Police and is a visiting expert at the European Union Advisory Commission in Iraq.
