Open Access
Eleven International Publishing aims for maximum access to scientific publications. The publisher therefore actively contributes to the development of Open Access. In principle, Eleven International Publishing is a Green Open Access publisher. The author of a scientific publication has the right to use the work after a reasonable period after the first publication of it, to make it available to the public free of charge, provided the source of the first disclosure is clearly stated. This means that the author can archive the final PDF file of his or her publication in the repository of the scientific institution where the author works, in an independent repository or on the personal website of the author, as long as the disclosure takes place without commercial purposes. We use a period of six months as a reasonable term. Eleven International Publishing is an imprint of Boom publishers in The Hague. Boom The Hague consists of Boom legal, Boom criminology, Boom public administration and Eleven International Publishing.
