• Ordering our products

  You can easily order our titles through our website. Click for more information on the article or on the image and then on the shopping cart. You can continue shopping (by clicking ‘continue’ to return to the webshop) or place your order (by adding the number of copies and subsequently clicking ‘check out’). Enter your personal details and follow the self-explanatory steps. During the ordering process you will have the option to cancel your order or change data. You can also select the method of payment.  A confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email.

   

  Prices

  All prices given are subject to change without prior notice. Prices for books, e-books and journal subscriptions (print) are including VAT. Prices for subscriptions to journals (online) and websites are excluding VAT. Please note that residents of the Netherlands and residents of the EU without a VAT number are liable for value added tax on all prices shown. Customers should include their VAT registration number with all orders, to ensure that no VAT will be charged. Prices do not include shipping & handling. All customers will be charged in Euros.

   

  Availability and Returns

  Our titles are also available through (online) bookshops. Titles that are unused and in resalable condition, as determined by Eleven International Publishing, may be returned within 7 business days without cause.

   

  Subscriptions

  Subscriptions are taken out on an annual basis. Subscriptions can be cancelled in writing on or before 1 November. If we have not received a cancellation on or before 1 November, the subscription is automatically renewed for the following year.

   

  Delivery of books

  As soon as your order is submitted, our staff will ensure it is handled as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for standard delivery of books and loose-leaf publications. For other, faster methods of dispatch, please contact us at eleven@boomdistributiecentrum.nl. Our shipping rates can be found in the 'Terms and Conditions'.

   

  Secure payment

  All personal and credit card information is encoded using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology before being sent over the Internet.

  Credit card transactions are issued a digital certificate, ensuring that your data can only be read by our transaction system as long as your browser shows its secure mode symbol (such as a key or closed lock).

   

  Customer data

  Your data will be included in our customer database and, after receiving your approval, we will inform you about Eleven’s special offers and latest publications. If you do not want to receive our information, please send a note to Boom distributiecentrum, P.O. Box 400, 7940 AK Meppel, the Netherlands or eleven@boomdistributiecentrum.nl. Dutch privacy laws (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens) are applicable.
